Arcadia Guest House

The location made getting around easy, with the beach about 100 metres away, the town centre a 15 minute walk, and a bus stop opposite. We stayed five nights and were delighted to find Arcadia. Natalie and David were so helpful, even taking care of our luggage at both ends of the stay. Breakfast is optional, with cereals and a full English cooked to order. It arrived piping hot with tea or coffee and toast. Our room was spotless, decorated in a light, modern style and serviced every day. They replenished the tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits daily, and there was free WiFi. The house is immaculate and well maintained. Parking is available behind the property, but spaces are limited, so you need to request one when booking. We'd gladly come back and highly recommend it.

We were near enough to the seafront to be almost right on it. Our room was at the back, which was helpful given the busy main road. It was clean and just right, with daily servicing and two bottles of water to take out. The owners were fabulous, and breakfast was hot, fresh and superb every day. A lovely place in Weymouth, and we'd happily stay again.

The place was very clean and breakfast was lovely, but we won't stay again. My 88 year old mum was desperate for the bathroom on the first floor and couldn't manage another flight of stairs. The landlady waited outside, then told her off like a child and brought her to tears, even though the woman whose bathroom it was had said Mum could use it.

Natalie and David made us feel welcome and were very accommodating. The room was comfortable and kept tidy and clean, and breakfast was delicious. Such a lovely place to stay, I'd definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Weymouth.
