Gloucester House

Everything was done with such care and dedication. You can tell Jonathan and Karen really enjoy what they do, and they were amazing hosts. We had a wonderful stay, and thank you for exceeding all our expectations.

The hosts made us feel at home as soon as we arrived and took great care of us. One was especially helpful about making sure we had a parking spot. Breakfast was freshly prepared, delicious and served with a smile. The location is quiet enough for a peaceful night, yet only a short walk from the beach and town centre. This charming Bed & Breakfast in Weymouth exceeded all expectations, with cosy, tastefully decorated rooms and great attention to detail. An absolutely wonderful stay, highly recommended for anyone visiting Weymouth!

Room 6 had lovely views over the beach, and everything was spotlessly clean. We always enjoy the cooked breakfast too. Jonathan, Karen and their team are so welcoming. When we're in Weymouth, this is the only place we'd choose to stay. Thanks for another great visit, we'll be back.

We slept really well, even in a front-facing room by the beach. It was warm and quiet, and the room had been decorated with balloons and a banner, plus a bottle of prosecco for the birthday. The hosts made us feel welcome from the start, with clear information about the stay and the area. Gloucester house is spacious, nicely arranged and very clean. The room had tea, coffee, biscuits, shower gel, shampoo and soap, and there’s fresh milk in the fridge in the downstairs lounge, which is available around the clock. Breakfast was fresh and generous, with plenty to choose from, including fruit, pastries and overnight oats. The juices were tasty, and we were offered tea or coffee as soon as we sat down. Jonathan and Karen were kind and knew the area well. I’d absolutely come back.
