Ravenhill Guest House

Roger and Olive are friendly while still giving you space. Their breakfasts, made with lovely ingredients, are delicious. The rooms are beautifully decorated and immaculate, and the house and garden are lovely. Ravenhill House is our favourite place to stay in Belfast.

We were glad we chose Roger and Olive's B&B for our first trip to Belfast. Roger carried our heavy bags upstairs, while Olive made tea and shared useful information about the house and the city. Their recommendations were spot on, and they were always quick to answer questions. Our room had a comfortable king-size bed and was so quiet and well soundproofed that we couldn't hear other guests or the street, even though the place was full. The bathroom was small, but had a good-sized shower and quality toiletries; you can tell they care about clean products. Breakfast was cooked to order, and the homemade bread and thoughtful menu really impressed us. Shops and places to eat are an easy 10-minute walk away, and the nearby bus stop makes the city centre easy to reach. I'd happily stay at Ravenhill House again and highly recommend it.

Ravenhill House felt like a peaceful refuge during my recent 10-day stay, and Olive and Roger looked after me with such kindness. I was in the Morris Room on the top floor, beautifully decorated with William Morris wallpaper and fabrics. My room was serviced every second day, and anything I asked for was brought quickly and with care. I often enjoyed breakfast in the ground-floor front room, sitting by the bay windows with garden flowers on the table. The homemade organic bread, cereal, fruit and compotes were lovely. I walked into Belfast many times, a 40-minute trip, and also used Ubers; there's a bus if needed. There are nice places to eat nearby, and I especially enjoyed Shed Bistro. Olive and Roger made my trip to Belfast all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this B&B and hope to return.

We've visited Belfast a few times, but this was our first stay at Ravenhill House. The room was immaculate and well appointed, the location was wonderful, and breakfast was delicious. You can see how much care Roger and Olive put into the place. We'll stay here again next time we're in Belfast.
