I use this post office regularly and have always found the service friendly and helpful. Today Dawn helped me send a parcel to the USA. She explained the options and gave me the information I needed to choose, without rushing me or making me feel like a nuisance. The other staff member was helping another customer in the same friendly, patient way, though I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. It was great to get such helpful service. Thanks, Dawn.
I went in this morning with two separate parcels that had to reach my niece tomorrow. Postage would have been £22, but the woman serving suggested taping the parcels together, which brought it down to £14. She was friendly, patient and so helpful. I’ve been really impressed by the service here and can’t recommend it enough.
Tammy is especially friendly, patient and knowledgeable when customers have questions or requests. She also seems to be the only cashier I find on duty whenever I visit the Ledbury post office.
Dawn was friendly and helpful, and the service was quick and efficient. We renewed our passports this way, and I’d recommend it. The new passports arrived within three weeks.
I got to the post office at 12.20, and reached the front of the queue at 12.27, even though it closes at 12.30. The counter staff said they were closing and told me to come back Monday. Great service, thanks.
