The owners were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good. The location is handy too, about 2 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from restaurants and 15 minutes from town. We were in a front room, though, and traffic on the Promenade made it a bit noisy in the early evening.

Diana helped us settle in and made our dog feel comfortable. My parents had a lovely room as well. Andy and Diana served the breakfasts we chose, and even the dog got a sausage. They also left me a birthday card, then brought out cake and a candle, which made the day feel special. The owners were lovely and friendly, the breakfast was great, and there’s a very handy little car park. The super king bed was really comfortable. We’ll definitely return and recommend it to family and friends.

Cleo, our puppy, was very happy with the sausage Diana cooked for her each morning. We had a cosy, homely room with a huge, comfortable bed, and plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Andy and Diana were such friendly hosts, and breakfast was magnificent. There’s free parking behind the guest house. A lovely weekend away at Greenlands, thank you.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Diana and Andy are a lovely couple, the room was really clean and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was great, especially the pancakes my wife loved. We'll definitely be back.

Diana was so welcoming, and the room was great, with loads of tea and coffee and a very comfy bed. The cooked breakfast was awesome. It’s a perfect spot in Weymouth, and being dog friendly was a bonus. We had a brilliant overnight stay.
