Curlew House in Whitby

The owner helped us find free parking nearby for our second car, and having a space for the first one was a real bonus. We were two couples, one with a 10-month-old boy, and we brought a dog. The upside-down layout gave us a good view of the Abbey and Church from the living room, and the house is handy for the harbour. There are two double bedrooms, both with comfortable beds and crisp, clean sheets, and each has its own shower or bathroom.

The location was perfect for exploring Whitby’s many attractions. Curlew House is a lovely holiday stay, with clean, modern furnishings and everything we needed.

We were able to take our dog out on the cinder track every day, since its start is just a five-minute walk away. Shops and restaurants in Whitby are also about five minutes from the apartment. We had a fantastic few days at Curlew House in October. It’s modern and had everything we needed, including an allocated parking space, which seems hard to find in Whitby. Thanks for the little pack of biscuits and Yorkshire Tea 😊 I’d highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exceptionally clean and spacious, and having parking on site was a bonus. It’s right in central Whitby, around a five-minute walk from the harbour. Thank you.
