The cottage is clean and tidy, with a well equipped kitchen, a pleasant living room and a bathroom laid out well. It has two cosy bedrooms in a quaint little courtyard square, just a stone’s throw from the train and bus and close to shops. There are quite a few steps up to it, though, so it wouldn’t suit anyone who struggles with stairs.

The view of the Abbey from the main bedroom was lovely, and the little terrace gave us a nice spot for lunch one day. The Pebbles sits in a quiet courtyard just off the main road, though it’s still central. There are steps up to the cottage, but they were fine for us and our dog. Inside, it was bright, roomy, clean, and had everything we needed. We especially liked the open living area, which felt cosy in the evenings. It was our first visit, and the place felt like home straight away. Phil was quick to help with our questions before we arrived. We had a great stay and would happily come back.

The Abbey view from the main bedroom is a lovely touch, and the little place is only a minute from the centre while still being tucked away down an alley. We felt at home as soon as we stepped inside. Cosy, private, and a great holiday let. We’d stay again and recommend it.

Very clean, modern cottage with what you need, close to the centre and with off-road parking for one car. I'd recommend it and would definitely come back.

We had a great stay. The location's really handy, and it felt much more like home than putting up with a hotel room with my two teenage daughters. The little place was clean, cute, warm, and cosy, with everything we could want. There was a small boiler hiccup, but Phil was there to help. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it.
