I was only there for a short stay, but Sylvia and Lottie were so welcoming and lovely to chat with, which made it memorable. The place is modern and very clean, with good views in a quiet area.

A really nice gym with 24-hour access and reasonable prices. The staff are very nice too. I’d definitely recommend it to tourists.

It’s easy to plan days out using the good local bus service. The hostel is thoughtfully designed, well equipped and has en suite rooms. It’s run beautifully by an excellent local charity, so you get good value while also supporting the community.

Set in a beautiful part of Scotland, this place has probably the best facilities I’ve come across in a hostel or bunkhouse. The accommodation is high quality, and I’d absolutely recommend it. 🙂

It’s right in the middle of town, close to groceries and a pub, and everything felt so new, clean and fresh. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a while. My only small gripes were that the storage couldn’t be locked and there wasn’t a clear checkout process. A drop-off box might be a good idea. That’s really nitpicking though, and I’d definitely come back.
