We stayed overnight in the Cedar room and it was spotless. The tea and coffee, shortbread biscuits and marshmallows were a lovely touch, and breakfast was delicious. Fraser's guest house has a fun, unusual setting attached to an antique center. We’re already thinking about coming back for afternoon tea, and we’ll definitely stay again. Thanks to all the staff x

The food was delicious, and even this coffee snob thought the latte was really nice. We came to Battlesbridge at the weekend and found this charming guest house with a tea room beside it. Our group of six hadn’t booked, and the room was busy, but the friendly staff let us use the waiting table for lunch. They were welcoming and helpful from beginning to end. The tea room itself is gorgeous, with lovely vintage decor. I was impressed to learn they’d won Four in a bed, so we watched the 2021 series when we got home. They came across just as professional and friendly on screen as they’d been with us. I’d happily visit Frasers guest house again.

We chose Fraser’s Guest House for our family reunion because our Son had stayed there last year and recommended it. We’re locals originally, though we live in Australia now, and had flown in for the reunion. It’s a beautiful cottage, the room had everything we needed, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept wonderfully. Breakfast was really good, and all the staff were lovely. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay 🙏

The friendly staff served a good breakfast, and the place itself is beautiful. There are lots of nice antique shops you can reach from the garden, plus a decent pub restaurant around the corner. I was working elsewhere but was glad I made the extra journey to stay somewhere quieter. Would come again!

We stayed in the upstairs front Mexican suite while we were here for a festival. The staff were great, the room was nice and the food was lovely. It was chilly when we arrived because the window didn’t fit properly, so I’d have given it five stars otherwise. I’d still stay again.
