The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room had a comfy bed, kettle and TV, and the water pressure was great. There are only around 10-15 parking spaces, but there’s a restaurant next door where you can park overnight without a problem.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times with our three children and had a wonderful time. The family rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. They’ve always gone out of their way to try to get us a ground floor room for easier pram access. Looking forward to booking again soon x

The rooms were clean but really dated and in urgent need of modernising. I was promised a 20 minute wait for a taxi ordered from the reception phone, then waited 45 minutes and ended up late for my son’s wedding. Ask staff to order one instead.

There was no breakfast on site, and the place serving it a few miles away didn’t start until 9:30. My room had no bedside socket to charge my phone, which mattered because I’d been ill a few days earlier. The hairdryer was broken and fell apart when I picked it up. The young man at the counter gave me room 21, then couldn’t remember where it was. Not the best.
