Airport Inn & Spa Manchester

We found plenty of parking spaces, and the package worked out significantly cheaper than parking at the airport itself. We booked three rooms for one night and three weeks of parking on 21 January 2026. Check-in was simple, although you need to enter your registration on the screen at reception. The staff there were professional and helpful throughout. Our rooms had the basic facilities, comfortable beds, and clean, well-kept toilets and showers. A practical, budget-friendly option when flying from Manchester.

We travelled over 100 miles for a family birthday weekend that was meant to be relaxing, but it was a real letdown. The children were bored and upset, and with awful weather we were stuck indoors. The trip had been planned around the advertised pool and spa, but when we arrived those facilities weren't available. Nothing about that had been mentioned during booking through Booking.com, which was incredibly disappointing and felt like false advertising. The staff were rude and dismissive, with no useful help or solution. When we asked about speaking to a manager or getting a refund or compensation, we were told, “the manager has gone, sorry, can’t help you.” No one tried to sort it out or show any understanding. Without the spa, the stay felt pointless. We put a lot of time and effort into this family break and came away disappointed by the misleading information and unhelpful service. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially if the advertised facilities matter to you.

My 3 year old was repeatedly recorded by an older man at the pool, even though signs said not to record or take photos. Staff weren't present at the pool. I reported it, but they only told him to put his phone away after he already had footage of my child. This is a serious safeguarding concern. There don't seem to be clear rules, and staff don't care. I wouldn't bring my children here.

We came over from Belfast for a nearby wedding and just needed somewhere to sleep. This place was clean, warm, convenient and inexpensive, exactly what we needed, so we have no complaints. The rooms are small and the hotel is dated, but neither bothered us.
