Heatherlea Guest House

We picked this place because it was near Manchester airport and reasonably priced for the night before our flight. We were welcomed warmly and given lots of useful local information. The bright, spacious room was very clean, with fluffy white towels, quality toiletries in the ensuite shower room, free wifi, a working tv, and super comfy beds. There was a selection of teas, decaf coffee and bottled water in a mini fridge. When we decided to get a takeaway, our host brought out plates and cutlery. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely return 😊

I've never stayed anywhere quite like this guest house. We were in town for an event at my friend's house, and after a long journey from the West Midlands they let us check in early so we could change. They were so friendly. There was free water in a fridge at reception, and our room had biscuits, tea, coffee and shower gel. It felt like home from home. Well done, guys.

A peaceful setting by lovely countryside, with friendly hosts and comfortable rooms. This is a lovely B&B close to Manchester and the airport. The rooms are upstairs and don't have a huge amount of space, but it's definitely the best in the area.

The location is ideal for Manchester airport, and the staff are friendly and helpful with information about taxis and restaurants. There's free WiFi and plenty of tea and coffee. My only small gripe is that the TV could be a bit bigger, as my eyesight isn't great.
