The manager was excellent and nothing seemed too much trouble. It's a pub with rooms, so they're a bit basic, but that was fine for the few hours we were there. We ate in and the food was okay. There are loads of restaurants a five-minute walk away, and Manchester Airport is handy, about 11 minutes away.

The food was the best part. I had sticky beef with noodles, and the beef was tender and tasty. The peppers and spring onions were cooked just right, and a smiling chef brought it over. The pub had a great atmosphere, and the staff were very welcoming. My room was basic but spotless. I could hear a neighboring room's squeaky bed, though that might be fixable. I'd stay again.

Such a warm, relaxed place to visit. The staff are always welcoming, it's dog friendly, and the food is delicious every time. Wilmslow's best pub quiz too. Highly recommend.

The portions at today's Seniors lunch were just right, and the food was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely go again. Thank you all. Xx
