The smallest room on offer worked well for a single night, with smart use of the space and even a wall-mounted TV and en-suite. Breakfast, a full English, was included in the price. The hosts were lovely and their experience showed. It's a charming pre-war building about a six-minute walk from Exeter St Davids, and the location and amenities made it good value. The only thing I'd suggest is replacing the shower head, an easy fix. I'd stay again.

Ms. Magda, the hotel manager, made my visit especially pleasant. She was welcoming, warm and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless and breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is also in a great location, a short walk from the city centre while still being wonderfully quiet. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We found the staff friendly and accommodating, including around our allergies at breakfast. The food was good quality, and they let our son, who attends the university, join us at the table for a small extra charge of £10. Worth every penny. Our room was traditional, cozy and small, but clean, with fluffy towels and toiletries. The car park is small, though staff really try to make space.

My room was small, but everything was tidy and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I've never stayed in such a clean, cozy and friendly guest house. The staff were all very friendly too. I'd choose it again next time.

Such a cute hotel in a brilliant location. I felt welcome and well looked after, and I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in Exeter. The breakfast was excellent. Thanks for having me!
