The breakfast was a real highlight, especially the scrambled eggs, which were better than any I’ve had in years. My room was a good size and well equipped, the bed was really comfortable, and I slept well. There was plenty of parking when I arrived. The Old Piggery lives up to its great reviews, and it’s definitely no ancient pigsty! One tip: follow the directions they send ahead of time. Your satnav might take you along a rougher route.

The hosts were attentive, and breakfast was amazing. It’s a lovely spot, with beautiful surroundings, and the rooms are bright, clean, and tidy. A perfect little getaway. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area or looking to try glamping.

We were in town for a trade show, and The Old Piggery was a great place to stay. We had a warm welcome, and the calls before we arrived were a nice touch. The cooked breakfast was fantastic and made us feel right at home. Especially loved the Yurts. I’ll definitely be back.

Rachel was really helpful, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. The owners are lovely, too. It’s a warm, comforting, homely place, quiet but close enough to get around Bedfordshire easily. What a gem. I’ll be back.

Rachel, Rob, and the staff were so welcoming and keen to make sure I had a pleasurable stay. The farm is peaceful, just off the A6 and ten minutes from Bedford, so it’s close to town but still a relaxing place to wind down at the end of the day. I recommend The Old Piggery to anyone. Disappointment isn’t on the menu. A+.
