We loved how close everything was, with restaurants and shops just nearby and the outdoors right on the doorstep for hiking. There's a car park across the road, or you can park on the street. We were also delighted by Opa, a great Greek restaurant around the corner. We'd lived in Greece for a while, so it was a nice surprise. Rob and Tanya were welcoming, helpful, and full of local knowledge. They showed us where everything was and even helped book our boat trip on the lake. I'm vegetarian, and Tanya, who is too, knew the products and options and made me a brilliant veggie breakfast. It was substantial and cooked really well. The B&B was spotless, and our room was clean, comfortable, and warm, which we appreciated in the recent cold weather. We spent two nights here and had a perfect mountain getaway, a lovely meal, and a great night's sleep. We'll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spotless and well equipped, and breakfast was good quality. It's in a great spot on a quiet street, with some free parking tucked away nearby. There is also a large paid car park opposite with early bird tickets from 8am to 9am. Nothing was too much trouble, and we'll definitely stay here again if we visit.

A lovely little hidden gem, especially for the price. The rooms were really clean and well looked after, and Rob was happy to help with anything, though we didn't run into any issues. It's just around the corner from the main town, less than a two-minute walk. My only suggestion for Rob: put a glass in the room as well as a mug!

The hosts were brilliant, friendly, and helpful. The B&B is in a great part of Windermere, close to the cafes and bars but still very quiet, so we slept well. We found a free street parking spot without any trouble. Can't wait to come back.

My brother Neil, my sister-in-law Cathy, and I spent three nights at Autumn Leaves in Windermere for bed and breakfast, and it was absolutely brilliant. The hosts were perfect in every way. I'll definitely return and highly recommend it. Thank you very much. Ronnie McAlister.
