The Conniston suite was fabulous, and the location made it easy to walk into Windermere in one direction or take the 25-minute walk to Bowness in the other. Breakfast had loads of choice and set us up for the day. Vicky and her team were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The service and room were outstanding again, just as they were on our first visit. My husband and I had a lovely, relaxing birthday weekend, and he surprised me with rose petals, chocolates and prosecco. We'll definitely return to see Vicky, the team, and Jet, the owners' gorgeous little dog.

We had on-site parking and were pleased to find electric car charging at a rate much better than public chargers. The room service breakfast was excellent, and our friendly, knowledgeable hostess had good suggestions for places to eat, walks and local attractions. Both Windermere centre and Bowness are a few minutes' walk away. The suites are spacious and luxurious.

Vicki, the owner, greeted us when we arrived and looked after us attentively throughout. We felt very welcome. The rooms were beautiful, stylish and extremely clean, and breakfast was amazing. Restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. We'll definitely return.

Breakfast delivered to the door was the icing on the cake. We also added prosecco and chocolates for our special occasion, which was a lovely touch. The room was a great size with nice decor and excellent facilities, including a jacuzzi bath, a choice of teas and a mini bar. Restaurants and bars are only a couple of minutes away on foot. We couldn't fault our stay at Windermere Suites and will definitely return. Thank you.

The heated bathroom floor was a definite bonus, and the jacuzzi in the room was a lovely surprise. Our room was clean and really comfortable, and the staff were so welcoming. Breakfast in the room was better than at any hotel I've stayed in, and we could choose the time. My partner planned this surprise trip for us, and we had such a lovely stay. I'm very grateful to the staff for making it special. We'd definitely come back.
