Gilbey's made a great impression on us. We were a group of 10, and the waiter looked after us attentively. The food was cooked and presented to a really high standard, and there's a good wine selection. Inside, the restaurant is spacious and nicely decorated. A great choice for a special occasion.

We just walked in hoping to eat on Friday night, and luckily they had space for us. The food was great, the service lovely, and the wine was wonderful. Definitely worth it. Thank you.

That rib eye steak was the best I've ever tasted. I went back in 2022 hoping to have the same one I'd remembered, but it wasn't as good this time. Maybe my taste has changed. The service was still great, and the Mediterranean vegetables terrine was lovely.

On September 4th 2021, I had my first visit to the United Kingdom, and the breakfast made it special. The Full English Breakfast was perfect, beyond what I'd imagined. The bacon was smoky and melted in my mouth, the eggs were cooked just right, and I loved trying black currant jam for the first time. The waitress working that morning was so sweet and helpful. It was a once in a life time experience. If you get the chance, I definitely recommend checking this place out!

Gilbey's is in the heart of Eton, just a 20 minute walk from Windsor Castle, with a small restaurant below the hotel. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the ensuite shower room was just as lovely. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful throughout. We paid extra for the full English breakfast in the restaurant, and it was worth every penny: excellent quality and amazing taste. We'd definitely stay again.
