I arranged to arrive early, but a very rude cleaner told us the room wasn’t ready. The hotel felt musty and dull, and the room badly needed repairs. The curtain was half off the wall and came right down when I drew it. The family room’s sofa bed was in poor condition, very uncomfortable, and the mattress had stains. The WiFi was awful, constantly cutting out and very slow. There was little to no mobile internet or signal in the area either. The bath base had a poor silicone repair and half the tap was missing. The shower barely trickled. The room coffee tasted awful and the kettle was full of limescale. I was just really disappointed with this hotel.

The hosts are cheerful, friendly and helpful, and this is excellent value for money when staying near Bristol airport. We turned up late for breakfast through our own mistake, but instead of pointing that out, they served us a full, tasty breakfast with freshly made porridge. When we got back after midnight, our key had been left out with full instructions and the lights were on to guide us. We’ll certainly stay here again.

Andrew was so helpful and arranged our taxi, which made the whole trip less stressful. We stayed overnight before heading to the airport and had a lovely, comfortable room. The free secure parking is an absolute bonus. We’d definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed regularly at airport hotels around Bristol Airport for the last 20 years, and it’s lovely to find a home from home without being ripped off. Andrew and his team are always welcoming, check-in goes smoothly, and the rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable and reasonably priced. Parking is free for as long as you’re away. We went away for three weeks last summer, and another hotel in the area would have doubled the cost of the overnight stay. Breakfast is fab too. Well done, Andrew. Keep up the good work and don’t change the policy, it works. We’ve recommended your hotel to all our friends.
