The outdoor area is lovely, and Dukes head has become a local for my partner and me. The owners are warm, welcoming and friendly with regulars and newcomers alike, and the team really cares about the community. We appreciate that and are glad to be part of it. They've got clean lines, so the pints are crisp and cold, plus the best pool table in town. Bring coins! This pub has real heart, soul and character. We'll be back for another cheeky one soon. Can't recommend it enough! 🥰

The woman was absolutely rude. She came over with an attitude and turned her back before I'd finished a sentence. To respond to the false accusations: we hadn't even finished parking. She was standing by the window, scowling with her arms crossed, so I got out to explain. I apologised and started to say, “we're struggling to find parking,” but she cut me off and said, “this is private land, there is parking on Denmark street” with an attitude. Then she shut the door in my face and walked away. If she'd let me finish, I was trying to explain that our van is taller than the standard 2.1m limit at the car parks, and that they have limited stays. We were staying at a nearby hotel and had planned to come to the pub each night for a meal and a drink, hoping to make an arrangement like you said you've done before. There was another van parked next to us. Its occupants got out and walked into town without anyone saying a word to them. Please don't lie to save face.

A great place to stop, and I'd recommend it and come back. I stumbled across this pub and found the service spot on. There's a car park and a beer garden, and all the beers were clean. They also offer takeaway in the car park.

I loved having a couple of cold ones while eating at the pub. Please bring Tataki back. It was the best thing to happen to Wokingham. I hope the disputes can be sorted out so both sides benefit from the extra business and the premises.

No food at the moment, but the drinks are lovely and the people are friendly. They put on events now and then, worth checking out.
