The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. For an overnight stop on my first visit to Wolverhampton, it had everything I needed and was very quiet.

The place was clean, but it was cold inside, with no heating on despite the cold weather. The access instructions were clear, yet the smart lock failed when I came back from the car around 10pm to collect something I'd forgotten. Nobody answered any of my calls that night, and the next day my complaint calls and messages were ignored. They also cancelled my Booking.com reservation, which I felt was to prevent me complaining through the site. I still haven't received a refund. I had to call Booking.com myself to explain, and they're investigating. I wouldn't stay here again. The way this was handled felt unprofessional and unserious.

The rest was perfect and the place looked good, but the room felt a bit cold, maybe the heater wasn't powerful enough. There wasn't a smart TV either, so I ended up watching Netflix on my laptop haha.

The room was lovely and had all the essentials. The staff were friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate me. I'd definitely book again when I'm in town for business.

Clean throughout, with a cosy, comfortable feel in a modern setting. Great value for money for a couple wanting a night in. I'd recommend it and use it again as my first choice in wolverhampton 👍🏽
