Premier Roomz Two Mills

It’s a great base for the local area. We were visiting family, and it also worked well for Cheshire oaks, Chester Zoo, North Wales, Chester and Liverpool. There’s tons of parking, and the service everywhere was friendly and efficient. The rooms were a bit dated but very clean. We’ll definitely use it again.

We booked two rooms. The beds were comfortable, both rooms were warm, and the hotel was very quiet, but the cleanliness was nonexistent. The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed, there was hair all over them, and neither bathroom floor had been cleaned. We complained and were told they’d inform the cleaner, which was no help at all. £189 completely wasted. Filthy. Please don’t waste your money staying here.

We paid £65 for the room and another £20 for breakfast, £85 altogether, and it wasn’t worth the money. The bed was clean and comfortable, so we did get a good night’s sleep, but that was the only positive. The bathroom was dirty, and there was hair all over the bathtub, which was horrible. Breakfast was another disappointment: a staff member was rude and unfriendly, and the food was greasy, burnt and poor quality. It was one of the worst hotel breakfasts we’ve had. We wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I ended up here last minute after leaving a hotel in Chester that I’d already paid for because the bar noise was too much. I couldn’t have been happier with the service or the room, both were perfect. The onsite bar staff were lovely too.
