Lundy House

The breakfast was delicious, and the friendly staff served it with a smile. Our room was spacious, dog friendly, and had a comfortable bed where we slept peacefully. The location has fabulous views and is within walking distance of Mortehoe village and the surrounding beaches. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back. Thank you.

The weather was horrendous for all three days of the break we’d looked forward to for so long, but everything else was a definite five stars. The owner and staff were welcoming, friendly, and did everything they could while we were having some medical difficulties. Breakfast was generous and beautifully presented, and the whole apartment was spotlessly clean. Stonechats Apartment suited our needs well, particularly for anyone with mobility issues. It had modern facilities, was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The lounge could use two larger chairs to relax in. We highly recommend it. Hylton and Mary

We’ve just come back from a fabulous self catering stay at Stonechats apartment. The location is superb, and the rooms are furnished and equipped to a very high standard. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. We’ll certainly return sometime.

Lundy house is in a peaceful, central spot for great walks, places to eat, and shops. We loved it so much on our first stay this year that we came back for a second visit. The views are the best. This time we’re in the self catering garden house. It’s quiet, has an awesome view, and is a perfect house with everything we need. It’s clean, well maintained, and well presented. On our first stay, we had two different rooms in the main hotel, both perfect, clean, and well furnished. We also enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast, nicely presented with tea, juices, cereals, and more. Tim the host was super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend staying in woolacombe!
