The room was clean, comfortable, and lovely, and the shower was clean too. I enjoyed the welcome pack. The only downside was the noise from the main room outside.

The cafe downstairs was great, with friendly, super helpful staff and really good coffee. The room was very nice too, clean and well arranged, with everything I needed and more. The bathroom and shower looked modern and new. I'll stay here whenever I visit Worcester in future.

We stayed two nights, and both had a party in the deli below. There was loud music, then people singing loudly as they left. The busy A449 right outside was noisy through the night as well. The room needs double glazing, or at least decent secondary glazing if local planning consent rules that out. It was a lovely boutique room with lots of space, but the noise really spoiled it. And a porridge pot, wrinkly apples and flapjack don't add up to a continental breakfast, even if the flapjack was tasty.

The split-level rooms are gorgeous, with lovely decor, and ours was spotless and comfortable. It's also a great location for the city centre. Fred's downstairs was just right for breakfast.
