Premier Inn Worthing Seafront

The pillows weren’t really for me, though that’s just my preference, and Premier Inn pillows generally aren’t my thing. Everything else was lovely: a clean, tidy Premier Plus room with a view, friendly and helpful staff, wine from the bar, and parking on site. I was in Worthing for work and usually stay in Portsmouth. I’ll consider coming back when I’m in the area.

The staff were lovely, and they cleaned the rooms as well as they could. Still, the building felt stuffy because the windows couldn’t be opened, and that really let the place down. The products smelled musty, and the soap dispensers were rusty, so I bought my own shower gel and hand soap. I also found a huge spider in the bath. That made me worry there could be damp or mould, as I’ve lived in places like that before. Worthing overall feels neglected, including this hotel and the town centre. I hope things improve, because both have potential.

I really love this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly from check-in, breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty, and the bed was AMAZING as usual. I was lucky enough to get a room with a full sea view.

The accessible room had lots of space for my wheelchair, with grab rails in the bathroom and emergency cords there and by the bed. They also handled my food intolerances really well. Staff were fantastic and friendly, and there’s a lift to get my wheelchair into the hotel. It’s right on the seafront, with Blue Badge spaces in the bays just outside. We’ll definitely be back 😊
