There’s a pub right downstairs, which is handy if you want to go out for a drink. The food is okay, though it could be better, and the attached beer garden stays open until 11 p.m. The flat is spacious, with three bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet, so it works well for a small group. Parking takes some searching around the neighbourhood. The landlord gives you a resident parking permit for your stay, but that doesn’t guarantee a space. Also, if you open the front window on the first floor, where you live, the kitchen extractor smell gets quite strong. Keep the window closed.
