There’s a lot to like here: the apartment is spacious, has fantastic sea views, and is quiet for sleeping, with the bedroom at the back. The kitchen has everything provided, and the host covers parking in any Bay B space, which is essential. It’s an easy walk to the M&S food hall and town centre shops, and the bus route to Brighton, Shoreham or Littlehampton is handy at only £2 each way. A few changes could make this five stars. The mattress gave us back ache, though a thick topper could fix that, and the TV is tiny. More guidance on the heating and streaming channels would help.
