The rooms are clean and cared for, though a little small, and the lighting feels dim. Maybe that matters less during summer, when you don't need the lights indoors as much. This is a friendly little local B&B run by an organised lady, with a few dogs and fish around. It seems to suit holidaymakers, people travelling for work like me, and retirees. You can walk to some of the town's best fish and chips in under ten minutes, and there's also a new swimming pool, as of 2015, plus a street of authentic Thai restaurants.

Sarah and Colin are very accommodating, which made the stay pleasant, and the rooms are spacious and kept impeccably tidy. There are a few drawbacks: no off-road parking, very weak WiFi, and a somewhat limited breakfast menu. Even so, I'd thoroughly recommend this well-run Bed and Breakfast when visiting Worthing.

The rooms are surprisingly spacious, with fresh, clean linens that made our stay memorable. It's a lovely little B&B in Worthing, close to both the beach and the city centre.

I really enjoyed staying here. The seafront is just a minute away, with restaurants a couple of minutes on foot and Worthing town centre about a ten-minute walk. Rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable and ensuite, and the staff are lovely. Breakfast was nice too. Free on-street parking is available, but you'll need to ask the B&B for a permit.

We were three, staying for one night, and found it clean and pleasant. The room was large, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast area nice. It was very good value, and I can certainly imagine coming back if we visit Worthing again.
