The rural setting and lovely views were a real bonus, and the hosts were so welcoming. The room was spotless and thoughtfully set up, with Wi-Fi ready to use and milk in the mini fridge. There was a huge bathroom with a properly powerful hot shower, and breakfast was a great Scottish spread. Best sleep I’ve had in ages, even in an unfamiliar bed. Highly recommend.

Such a relaxing stay, with wonderful views and the sweetest doggies. The rooms were beautiful, breakfast was fantastic, and the hosts were superb. We’ll definitely be back 👌☺️

The breakfast was a real highlight, from the perfect poached eggs and bacon on a toasted muffin to the yoghurt with mixed fruit, granola and Nicola’s honey. The Gin Jam is a must too. Our ground-floor room at the back had a stunning view, and the bed was very comfortable. Gerry gave us a lovely welcome, and the shower had great pressure. What a beautiful B&B outside Tarbolton. Nicola and Gerry had thought of everything, and were lovely hosts. A brilliant stay, 10/10, and we’d highly recommend it.

We were sorry to leave, the room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The hosts were warm and friendly, and made us and our dogs feel welcome. It’s great to find a dog-friendly B&B where the people running it are fond of dogs too. Breakfast was delicious, with generous portions, fresh local produce, eggs from their chickens and lovely homemade jams. We didn’t need lunch after it. Highly recommended, and we’ll be back.
