We only stayed one night, but it was comfortable and I’d thoroughly recommend it. The shepherd’s hut reception was delightful, and the room and en suite were lovely. There was plenty of room for our two Labradors, plus a fabulous field where they could run and burn off energy. Breakfast was delicious and really entertaining too!

The setting and buildings at Selden Farm are fabulous, and the staff were very friendly. Tracy made us feel welcome and gave wonderful service. Andy cooked a first-class breakfast to perfection, thank you! Our room was warm, cosy and comfortable, with a nice warm shower. A couple of things need mending: the heated towel rail was loose and the bathroom door latch came off. We’ll be back.

We loved our one-night stay. The grounds were beautiful, peaceful and quiet, and the wedding area looked gorgeous when we saw a gentleman giving a tour. Chef Andy will make whatever you want for breakfast, and ours was very good.

The rooms are amazing, and the views are to die for. The staff seem happy doing their jobs, and they do them well. Don’t miss staying here. Breakfast the morning after a night out is the best ever, with great quality ingredients cooked to perfection. You’ve booked already, haven’t you? Tell me you didn’t scroll past.
