Rossett Hall Hotel

Our dinner was delicious, and the wedding itself was great, with excellent food and service. Les, the restaurant manager, made us feel welcome and reserved a breakfast table so I could get to it easily. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt seen rather than like a burden. This was my first trip out since becoming a wheelchair user, for a dear friend’s wedding, so I’d been anxious about access and whether the room would suit my needs. Rossett Hall was more accessible than I expected, with ramps and a chair lift where needed. The room was lovely, and the bathroom had plenty of grab rails, a brilliant shower, an anti-slip mat, and a safe seat. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks to everyone at Rossett Hall.

The Brasserie dinner was a good two-course meal. We had a lovely two-night stay, slept well, and found the staff friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and payment was on departure. The hotel was clean and recently redecorated, with nice grounds and spacious rooms. Ours had a super king bed. It’s convenient for getting to Wrexham or Chester by car, and there seem to be a few pubs in the village.

My friend is getting married here later this year, and now I’m looking forward to it, without having to organise it! I hosted a baby shower here today and the service was 10/10 from beginning to end. Our numbers kept growing, dietary needs changed, and we needed extra tables, but the event team took it all in their stride. Diane was working on the day and was brilliant, so accommodating. My one personal gripe, which nobody else noticed, is round tables with square tablecloths. That’s just my preference, though. Thank you xx

The staff were really helpful when we wanted to have some friends over and showed us to a private seating area. It’s a friendly, helpful hotel, the rooms were warm and cosy, and breakfast was very tasty.
