The views from the hotel were beautiful, and the location is stunning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was a lovely bonus. The local bistro pub served amazing food, highly recommended, though drinks at the hotel pub were a bit expensive. We had an apartment, so there was no view from our room, which was disappointing. The hotel felt a little dated, but it was being updated while we were there in August 2019. The kitchenette was handy, but could have used some glasses and plates. I'd stay again for the lovely setting and nice staff.

We had a delicious meal at the hotel after a pleasant walk. Our room was clean, with a lovely panoramic view of the sunset over the estuary, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet all night. The staff were charming, helpful, and efficient. We left happy and content, and would stay again if we return to Wales.

The views around Mount Snowdon are breathtaking, and the staff gave us helpful advice on exploring the area. There are beautiful places just a short distance from the hotel. My partner brought me for two nights, and I was surprised anyone had given it a one-star review. Everyone was more than friendly and always happy to help. We had breakfast both mornings, with lots of choice at the continental buffet and a wonderfully cooked Welsh breakfast. Well worth a visit if you're coming to the area.

The staff were first rate, especially Mandy, who went to great lengths to help. The reception area was lovely, and the view from deck 3 was amazing. In my experience of many hotels, I'd put the accommodation at 3-4 stars; a few decor details didn't meet a 4-star standard. The food was average, but it was a fabulous stay and I'd love to return. Thank you, Mandy, for all your efforts.

The price was excellent, so I rounded my rating up. I was pretty happy with the hotel: it's right by the sea, with a beautiful sunset view, and the interior feels spacious and cosy. There's a nice communal area too. I didn't find my room dated, though one of my companions felt theirs was.
