Breakfast was perfect, and the hosts were so accommodating. The whole place was lovely and clean. We stayed with my 14-year-old child, and it's handy for the city centre, with regular buses from a stop less than 50 metres away. I can't fault it, and I'll be back next year with the rest of my family.

The hosts were the friendliest I've ever met and ready to help with anything. For £70, we got free breakfast, parking, and a bus stop across the road that goes right to the city centre. A shopping centre is a five-minute walk away, too. Much better value than a big hotel chain, and we had a great time. The decor is stunning and the rooms are large. The bathrooms are very small, but fine for a few nights. There's a great shower, Netflix, a kettle and a hairdryer, though no bath. We requested a double bed and early check-in through booking.com, normally at 2:00, and both were arranged without any trouble. Absolutely phenomenal, and I'd recommend it without hesitation.

Friendly, helpful staff, and the food and drink were reasonably priced. Everything was really good, both the stay and the food. I'd recommend it and will definitely be back.

The bed was comfy, and the room was clean and tidy, but noise from the road and other rooms was really bad. The owner's attitude when we arrived wasn't good, and having to pay after we'd seen the room put us off. Breakfast at 8:30 doesn't work well for people leaving early for work, and there aren't any real alternatives nearby.

Getting into town is easy, with bus stops right outside. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and breakfast was great. A lovely guest house with friendly hosts who were happy to accommodate us.
