The owners made us feel very welcome and had ramps and other things ready to help with accessibility. We spent a wonderful few days at Rudby Hall Hotel last month and highly recommend it. The renovated rooms were peaceful and warm, finished to a very high standard for comfort and style. I also had a couple of soothing, expert hours of massage with a local therapist in the newly opened treatment room. Just what I needed. We’ll be back before long.

Dinner was delicious, with fresh, crisp vegetables, new potatoes, a choice of salmon or a meat topping, and a lovely sauce. There were rice and pasta dishes as well. At Rudby Hall, Mark and Suze were friendly and welcoming, and happily showed us around the house. We enjoyed walking around the grounds and taking in the spectacular views. We stayed in the Amelia suite, with its balcony. It was comfortable and nicely furnished. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Suze and Mark were warm and excellent hosts. I went to an event at Rudby Hall and was struck by its beautiful setting, with lovely gardens around the impressive building. I was shown around the rooms and learned some interesting things about its history. I’d like to book a room and stay overnight in the future.

Dinner with the owners was a real highlight of our beautiful stay this evening. The setting and ambience were lovely, and the locally sourced food had an interesting twist. It ranks among the best UK stays we’ve had. Don’t pass through North Yorkshire without a night at this hidden gem. First class.

The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. I came here for an event and was impressed by the lovely facilities and hospitality. Afterwards, we toured the venue and heard some quirky stories about the building and local history. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you.
