We stayed for two nights across the three apartments. They were all very clean and nicely presented, and had everything we needed, including tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Communication was great too. We'd highly recommend them!
After another York hotel seriously let us down, I contacted Yorkation at the very last minute. Once I'd booked, I called to ask if we could arrive within the hour, and the person from Yorkation told me the William Morris suite was ready. That was a massive help. The suite was clean, tidy, spacious and modern, in a brilliant spot right on The Shambles. You can hear the ghost walks and see some interesting sights from the lounge window. The only thing I'd change is the sofa bed, which could have been more comfortable.
Lovely apartments right on the Shambles. You couldn't ask for a better location in York.
