We stayed at the cityscape apartment with two children, and they loved it. The location was fantastic, and we had a lovely view of York Minister. The apartment was very clean and relaxing. I’d happily recommend it.

I was in the River and Castle apartment from February to June and will miss it. The decor and views were absolutely stunning. My only issue was the main shower, which wouldn’t turn down, so it felt like kettle water pouring on your skin. Use the en-suite instead.

Great place to stay, only a five-minute walk from central York.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It’s a beautiful place.

I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST STAYING THERE. I had four days of one problem after another, and there was no customer service. I called repeatedly for help and got no reply. I had to report them to H S E. If you visit York, DO NOT STAY THERE. I mean, do not stay there.
