We arrived and had to wait three hours for the owner to let us into the place. They didn't offer to make up for that lost time, and most of the amenities included with our stay weren't available as promised. It made the stay feel not worth it.

Things seemed fine for a little while, then the owner apparently forgot they'd rented the place to us until 6:30 pm.
