Cosy Corner Apartment

I spent three months touring the Caribbean islands and was really glad I stayed in Mrs. Angela Radix’s apartment. It was a jewel in the crown of the trip, with lovely views and a very safe setting opposite the prime minister's house. The separate, self-contained unit in her home had its own entrance, bedroom, bathroom, sitting area, and small kitchen. It was fully equipped with air conditioning, laundry, TV, internet, fridge, utensils, snacks, and travel magazines. Great value for the money. Getting to public transport takes a bit of a walk, and downtown and the marina are some distance away, but I enjoyed the stay throughout. I met lots of friendly locals who treated me to the national dish, "Oil Down," and showed such kindness that the island’s hospitality really blew me away. Angela picked me up for free on day one and stopped for groceries downtown, then dropped me off when I left for a small fee. I’d recommend the place to individuals or small families who are happy to be away from a luxury resort and experience Grenada’s culture in a cozy setting. Thanks again, Angela.
