The cheapest room is very basic, but you’ll probably want to spend your time outside anyway, especially in the hammocks. The women working here are wonderful and helpful, and cook delicious breakfasts and dinners with local ingredients. You can sip local wine among the grape trees it came from. The view over Abudelauri is stunning. Having your own car is definitely better.

Breakfast was included every day, and everything was clean and nicely prepared. The beds could be more comfortable, but otherwise we had a great stay. The place is well built, and the hosts were lovely, with wine that had a distinctive taste. I’d recommend staying for a week.

The vineyards looked beautiful, though we didn’t try the wine. The rooms were lovely, and the view from the balcony was incredible. Getting there was a challenge, including the rocky 400-meter stretch at the end, but the scenery made it worth it. We arrived hungry at 9 pm and asked the owner about food. He offered dinner for 40 GEL per person, then got impatient while we were deciding and said he wouldn’t serve it. With nowhere nearby to get food, we went to bed hungry. The owners don’t speak English, and may find it easier to communicate with Georgians or Russians.

It’s a peaceful spot with clean rooms and lovely scenery. There are chairs or a bench outside where you can sit on the terrace and listen to nature. Without a car, getting to Ambrolauri is a little inconvenient, since it’s around 3 km away.
