The quiet setting made for a comfortable, relaxing stay, with a nice park nearby and views of the Tbilisi Sea. I spent three days here and really enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had plenty of good options.

The room and amenities were okay, but there was no hot water with it -2°C outside. The heater was set to 33°C and made the room unbearably hot. When we asked the technician, he said that in winter only the heater works, so the room can't be cooled even though there are digital controls. We paid $300 for one night and left very disappointed. I won't stay with this hotel group again.

We arrived at 2 AM after booking through MMT, and the front desk said they had no record of our reservation. They didn't seem interested in helping us. Then they offered a smaller room for a higher price, nearly what we'd already paid online. I suspect they may double-book or cancel reservations and then try to sell rooms at inflated prices, though I can't know for sure. When we asked about our booking, the desk said emails go to a separate address for the sales manager, which they couldn't access, and that the manager couldn't be disturbed at that hour. The whole experience felt chaotic and deeply frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was good, though the choice was limited. Getting to the center takes a long time, so you'll need a taxi app to get around. There was no BellBoy to help with bags at check-in or check-out, and the gym and pool are in another building. The design and furniture feel very old. Room service was especially poor: requests took ages, and I had to call several times. I wouldn't recommend it to people traveling in Georgia.
