Taripiri

A comfortable, nice place for a good price. The host was really good too. I'd recommend it to anyone, and thank you for the stay.

The river, mountains, and fresh air around the place are breathtaking. There's a kitchen and washing machine, and the owner is courteous and quick to respond. Our rooms were fresh, clean, and tidy, though the mattresses were a little disappointing. The Wi-Fi was weak and kept cutting out; they said they'd fix it by our next visit, but we haven't been back for that. A small winery for their already-buried kvevri is planned for next year. Getting there in your own car means dealing with a difficult, winding road and mountain passes, even though the road surface is excellent. There's also an airport, with frequent flights, and the price is reasonable. We were pleased with our stay.

The owner puts a lot of effort into making guests comfortable. The cottages are clean and sit in a large, well-kept green courtyard. It's quiet, a little above the center. There's a shared kitchen, and each cottage has its own kettle.

You mostly hear birds and the mountain river here. It's a quiet spot with cozy houses and a nicely kept garden, ideal if you want a break from the big city.
