The breakfast was one of the highlights for me: fresh, delicious, and with lots of choice. The hotel has a great atmosphere and a perfect location, and the service was amazing. When I arrived, the manager even came outside to help me park my camper van. You can tell they really care about guests. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the start. My room was modern, very clean, and beautifully designed, so I felt comfortable right away. I had a fantastic stay at Barnovi Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi and would gladly return. An 11/10 experience for me.

The bed was really comfortable and breakfast was excellent at this lovely little hotel near Shota Rustaveli Avenue. Just be aware of the hill if you have mobility issues, it's a bit of a climb!

The location is good for walking to most central attractions, though getting back means climbing a steep hill. The staff were pleasant enough, but the hotel looks premium while the experience feels unmistakably budget. After a long ski trip, the tiny rooms and paper-thin walls were a real problem. We could hear everything from next door, even a sneeze, and first-floor rooms also get constant road noise through the night. Don't expect a good sleep. The bathrooms were tiny and not very functional either. We'd specifically booked two rooms with baths through Booking.com, since baths were non-negotiable after a week of skiing. Only one room had one, and then we were told it couldn't be used because there was no plug. Very disappointing and pointless. Breakfast was another letdown: limited options, served late, and coffee cost extra. I've never come across that elsewhere in Tbilisi, and it adds to the feeling that costs keep creeping up after booking. We paid less at another hotel the week before and got larger rooms, a better breakfast, a great night's sleep, and even an upgrade. My honest advice is to pay less here and adjust your expectations, or spend a bit more somewhere significantly better.

The hotel is quiet and comfortable, up in the hills but still close to the main area, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I liked the room and its large windows. The terrace and rooms on the top floors have a nice view.
