Elza and the other ladies were so friendly and looked after us throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless, and we loved being able to walk to all the restaurants. We enjoyed every second and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again, Betsie.

We had a warm stay at Dat Exx. The staff were great and happy to help with any questions, and the daily cleaning kept the apartment perfectly tidy. It was really comfortable too. Apartments with hotel service, and I definitely recommend this place.

We stayed three nights at a reasonable price, and the owner and manager were very cooperative. The apartment was tidied up every day. It was clean and tidy, and I'd recommend it especially to families with kids. McDonald's, a supermarket, Indian and Georgian restaurants, and coffee shops are all a two-minute walk away.

We couldn't shower because the water heater was broken, and then they blamed us for it. I told Mari, the manager, that we hadn't touched it, but she insisted we had broken it. The heater was very old, and the apartment's equipment is old too. If anything stops working or breaks, it seems they'll accuse you straight away. I don't recommend this place at all. Be careful.

Marina, the owner, is a great lady, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The place was clean and in a great location. A real bit of luxury in Tbilisi. God bless you, Marina. Best serviced apartment in Georgia.
