Bakuriani K-2 Apartment

The electrical setup worried me throughout my stay of more than two months. When I used hot water, the lights would lose power, and the electricity bill was so high that even the person checking the amount said one apartment couldn’t use that much. I suspect work on the building may have been charged to my apartment, though I can’t be sure. I also had trouble with the bathroom water heater, which swung between hot and cold with no comfortable middle setting. Cables in the room had exposed wires and looked close to overheating, so plugging in a charger felt dangerous. The windows let in a lot of wind even when shut. I could see the curtains moving. I paid for personal Wi-Fi, but even with the modem unplugged, Wi-Fi was still available from other apartments. I asked for receipts or other documents, but none were provided; a month later, they still seemed unable to show me proof for electricity or internet charges. I had a bad experience overall, and when I had questions, nobody spoke English or seemed willing to.
