1/10. Don't ever pay to stay here. Just read the comments, everything is true. I think I saw a rat. I've stayed in better hostels.

The rooms were warm and nice, and the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were really good, with lots of choices. The bar was okay, though it could use some snacks. It's a nice spot to sit and relax. Renovations are still going on.

The hotel sits in a beautiful spot, and the sunsets are truly lovely. It's clean, and the staff are friendly. Thanks to the cooking team for delicious, varied lunches. They even made some of our national dishes ❤️. The only issue for me was the water. On the fourth floor, it took time to reach the tap when there were 100 people there. The staff did their best to fix it.

The balcony views were breathtaking, and the rooftop terrace was cozy. Horses roaming freely, cute dogs, fresh air, and a sky full of stars made for lovely memories. I spent a week at Grand Hotel Noel with my family and a big group of friends, and it was a pleasant stay from beginning to end. The restaurant team deserves special thanks. There were lots of tasty options, so we were never hungry or stuck with the same thing each day. Some food was a bit too salty for me, though I guess that's normal in Georgia. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the housekeeping team was helpful and quick whenever we needed something. Our room was nice and clean. I would have liked a bigger mirror and a couple of sockets beside the beds, but otherwise I loved the stay. If I'm ever back in the area, I'd happily return.
