The staff's warmth was what made our stay feel special. Ms Lucy and Ms. Nana were kind and attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. We also loved the rooftop terrace, especially the wide view over the area. Watching the lights come on in the evening was a memorable part of the trip. The hotel is very central, with Europe Square and Liberty Square both a pleasant short walk away, which made exploring the Old Town easy. Sanuela Boutique Hotel was a great base in Tbilisi, and we recommend it wholeheartedly.

It felt more like a guesthouse than a hotel, in a lovely, quiet spot. The women running it were very kind, even though they spoke only a little English, and made us great breakfasts. Since we had to leave early on our last day, they packed breakfast for us, which was fantastic. The room was on the small side, but suited what we needed.

I couldn't communicate with the host because I don't speak Georgian. I was in a rush after another hotel cancelled, and the room they gave me looked more like a pilgrimage guesthouse than the photos. The bathroom was cramped and smelled bad. The owner was a bit aggressive and told me to speak Georgian, which made me uncomfortable. I tried using DeepL to translate, but it wasn't available. If you book through Booking.com, payment has to be made at the property.

The rooms are small, but clean. We had a good location near sights and restaurants, and I recommend Khinkali Bar No1 and Kneina. Our host was really kind and chatty, and even made us breakfast.

The rooftop view is amazing, and the place is right in the middle of the old town. Breakfast was huge, but the best part was how lovely the people were.
