The location in the old city made it easy to walk to the main sights, and the gentleman who welcomed us helped us find important places around town. We only meant to stay one day, but enjoyed it enough to remain for four. The airport ride they offered was also fairly priced and made leaving easy. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed, including a properly equipped kitchen. The older gentleman was incredibly kind and always ready to help, and his wife was just as pleasant. We had a great stay and would happily recommend this place.

We felt at home with the friendly host, who was always ready to help and invited us to tasty Georgian food each day. He can also take you around by car for half the usual price. The old city sights are all within walking distance, and both the metro, about five minutes away, and the airport bus stop right beside the guest house are convenient. A great spot in the heart of the old city.

The owners were welcoming and even invited me for a drink. It's fairly central in Tbilisi and good value for the price. I'd recommend staying here.

We visited in January '19 and found a comfortable place run by a friendly family, with plenty of attractions nearby. Our hosts also acted as guides, so we managed to arrange some tours at the last minute. The rates were good too. Definitely recommend it.
