The beds were really comfortable, the room looked nice, and the staff were kind, professional, and helpful. The service was great overall, and I enjoyed my stay. A few things didn't work, though: the bathroom ventilation, balcony door, and hair dryer. Apart from those problems, everything else was good.

Dialogue Kokhta is in a great spot in Bakuriani, and the stylish interior was very clean. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. A great hotel for families and professional skiers alike. I'll definitely visit again!

Mr. Giorgi in particular was welcoming and supportive, and the team paid close attention to guests' needs. The hotel has a contemporary, relaxing feel, with tidy, thoughtfully arranged rooms and the essentials for either a business or leisure stay.

The staff were friendly and cooperative, always ready to help. It's a modern, comfortable hotel, with clean, well-designed rooms and the essentials for both business and leisure stays.

The atmosphere inside Dialog Kokhta was nice, but the restaurant service was awful. I ordered a Kiev Chicken Cutlet before our trip to Tbilisi and waited over an hour, which was fine. Then the cutlet came out completely raw. I asked for a replacement, and that one was raw too. The waiter apologized after the first one, but after the second, nobody said sorry or offered anything. One raw cutlet could be a mistake, but it happening twice seems like a regular problem. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all.
