Calling this a four-star hotel is a joke. I've stayed in cleaner hostels. 1/10, don't spend your money here or you'll get scammed.

The location was the best thing about the hotel. The rooms had dark blue colors and felt gloomy, and there was no AC or fan, even though we visited in July. The bathroom was strange and uncomfortable. Breakfast was tasteless apart from the French toast. We also had no electricity for almost an hour for some reason.

They offer fair prices, and the food was great in general. Since I'm gluten intolerant, the staff even made gluten-free breakfast for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I also really liked the hotel's design, a nice blend of modern and retro.

The breakfast area was cozy and nicely arranged, and the staff were friendly. Beyond that, the service wasn't good. The furniture was old and broken, and there was no water heater or refrigerator. It felt like a motel. When we asked about laundry, they quoted almost 300 lari, which shocked us, and gave no evidence that the service had been done.

I'm staying here for two weeks while mixing work and leisure in Bakuriani. The location is premium: 50 meters from the gondola, 70 m from a grocery store, and 100 m from the main street. The style is beautiful and very cozy, with large rooms for working, eating, and resting. There's even a massive fireplace. Love it, recommend it.
