LEO GROUP Luxury Apartment 0220 BAKURIANI INN

The hotel is fine overall, and parking by the block entrance like everyone else does makes things manageable if you have a car. What bothered me was that they don't clear snow from the grounds, which is a real shame.

We had two connecting rooms, with enough space for all four of us, and they were very comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff were caring. Breakfast was simple, and the weather was amazing. I'd rate the hotel 10/10 and would definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you so much 🤍

Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, plus a huge balcony looking out over the resort's front yard. The place looks great, and I'd recommend it.

We checked in for two nights on 10.5.23 and were given a nice double room with a beautiful view of the snow-covered mountains. But on the first morning, there was no running water, and nobody could tell us when it would return. At 11, we were told we might be able to shower and use the spa by 15, but that estimate was off by a couple of hours. We asked to leave early and get compensation for the second night, but they wouldn't offer any compromise. We're very unhappy with the service and how we were treated. We expected much more.
